Steve Idelman

Executive Chairman

Steve Idelman is a seasoned entrepreneur, executive leader, and investor with a distinguished career in the cybersecurity & technology services and call center industries. He brings his expertise in helping start-ups scale from inception to successful, profitable exits. In addition to Steve’s role as Executive Chairman of SecureSky, he has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of several other successful ventures including Solutionary/NTT Security (US), Inc. and ITI Marketing Services, Inc. Steve currently sits on the Board of ANNA (formerly TPG, Inc.), the leading agentic AI-based communication assessment platform, and has served on many boards, both commercial and charitable.

Steve’s leadership has consistently focused on innovation, strategic growth, and delivering high-value solutions to enterprise clients as well as handsome returns to investors.

Mike Hrabik

Director and Chief Executive Officer

As CEO and founder of SecureSky, Mike Hrabik is focused on securing client cloud environments against current and emerging threats. He is responsible for leading the company business objectives and the innovation of a patent-pending, active protection platform.

Prior to founding the company in 2018, Mike was the Global CTO, Regional CEO of NTT Security, where he was responsible for planning and driving the integration of region-based, security services and platforms. As co-founder and president of Solutionary (acquired by NTT in 2013), he was instrumental in the company’s vision including technological planning, strategic initiatives, development and future growth. He was the principal architect for Solutionary’s services, patented ActiveGuard® software technology, and Security Operations Centers.

William (Bill) Fisher

Director

Bill Fisher has served on the board of directors of five public companies: West, Inc., TSAI, Hypercom, Inc., Trizetto, Inc., and Bank of America’s merchant processing company (BAMSI). Bill is a founder and partner in Treetop Ventures LLC, Chairman of FTNI, Inc., co-founder of Sojern, Inc., board member for NewPlazmo, LLC, advisor to RadPay, and owner of Loess Hills Harley-Davidson.

Bill has been an angel investor in a number of private companies including It’s Deductible (sold to Intuit), Ballyhoo Software (sold to Reynolds & Reynolds), Prism (sold to Internet Payments Corp), D3 Banking (sold to NCR), USMPS (sold to Access Bank), MeNetwork (sold to Spindle), Scooters Coffee (sold to private equity group), Planet Consulting (sold to CSGS), and several automotive dealerships (sold to Billion). Bill led a buyout of Applied Communications, Inc. (ACIW), where he served as the Chairman and CEO and was employed at ACI from 1987 until 2001. Prior to ACI, he was employed by First Data Resources from 1980 until 1987.

Corey Meyer

Chief Operating Officer

Corey Meyer brings deep expertise in cybersecurity product innovation, service design, and strategic execution. As COO of SecureSky, he leads the development of the company’s cloud-focused consulting practice and its Managed Detection and Response (MDR) and advisory services portfolio. Corey oversees delivery, business operations, and sales execution, ensuring every engagement drives measurable value and fosters long-term client success.

Prior to joining SecureSky in 2018, Corey served as SVP of Business Development, U.S. for NTT Security and Solutionary. His career spans leadership roles across diverse industries, including Co-CEO and CFO of Bozell & Jacobs, Managing Partner at the Gallup Organization, President and COO of DTN Market Access, and COO of Johnson Products Company.

Sarah Koca

Chief Financial Officer

Sarah Koca is the Chief Financial Officer for SecureSky. Sarah brings deep expertise in corporate finance, accounting, and organizational integration. She is responsible for all financial aspects of SecureSky. Most recently Sarah held the position of Vice President Accounting & Finance at NTT Security, where she played a pivotal role in the company’s growth and expansion with the successful merger of three NTT entities.

Sarah’s earlier experience includes finance and accounting positions at First Data and Transgenomic, following her start as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with Deloitte.

Court Little

Vice President, Security Products

Court Little is the VP of Product Development and Operations. He is responsible for the development of SecureSky’s SaaS platform, the CI/CD DevOps environment, and oversees third-party platform integrations.

Prior to joining SecureSky, Court served as the Global Director of Product Management and the key liaison between Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement and Sales Support at NTT Security (formerly Solutionary). In this capacity, Court managed the development of its latest GMSSP platform, cloud integration, global vulnerability scanning program, and PCI ASV scanning services.

Brian Greidanus

Vice President, Security Services

Brian Greidanus has worked in the Information Security industry for over 20 years in consulting, managed services, and enterprise environments. Brian’s experience spans offensive security testing and managing enterprise security remediation in large enterprise environments.

He managed enterprise security remediation services at Health Care Services Corporation (HCSC), the fourth largest health insurance company in the U.S. for seven years. Prior to joining SecureSky, he led the development of a new global managed security services product portfolio at NTT Security and Solutionary.

Maria Lewis Kussmaul

Advisory Board Member

Maria Lewis Kussmaul, a Co-Founder and Partner at AGC Partners, leads the firm’s investment banking efforts in the cyber security sector. A recognized domain expert, Maria is a frequent contributor to industry events, panelist/presenter at the RSA Conference, Member of Massachusetts Governor’s Cybersecurity Strategy Council, Security Innovation Network (SINET) Advisory Board Member, Naval War College Roundtable Participant and has facilitated numerous “Blue Sky” strategic planning sessions with leading security teams. Prior to co-founding AGC, Maria was a co-founder, general and venture partner of Castile Ventures, a seed and early stage venture capital firm. Maria’s early Wall Street career spanned three firms – Smith Barney, Shearson Lehman and Cowen & Co., culminating as global head of Cowen’s data networks & Internet investment banking activities.

Working for 40+ years as a sell-side equity analyst, venture capitalist and investment banker, Maria has advised on hundreds of telecom equipment, networking, Internet and security transactions. Previously, she was named to the Institutional Investor All-American Research Team for 13 consecutive years. Maria holds a B.A. in Economics from Rutgers University, an M.B.A. from Wharton School of Business and a Chartered Financial Analyst designation. She was the 2013 recipient of the Boston Joseph Wharton Award.

John Pescatore

Advisory Board Member

John Pescatore has been SANS Institute’s Director of Emerging Security Trends since 2013. John has 42 years of experience in computer, network and information security and was a Gartner’s Lead Security Analyst for over 13 years, working with global 5000 corporations and major technology and service providers.

Prior to joining Gartner Inc. in 1999, Pescatore was Senior Consultant for Entrust Technologies and Trusted Information Systems. Prior to that, Pescatore spent 11 years with GTE developing secure computing systems. Pescatore began his career at the National Security Agency, where he designed secure voice systems and at the United States Secret Service, where he developed secure communications and surveillance systems. He holds a BSEE from the University of Connecticut and is an NSA Certified Cryptologic Engineer.

Matthew Gyde

Advisory Board Member

Matt Gyde is a seasoned cybersecurity executive with over 25 years of global experience.  He has held pivotal leadership roles including Chief Executive Officer of vArmour, Foresite MSP, and NTT Ltd.’s Security division. Prior to this, Matt served as Group Executive for Dimension Data’s global security business, spanning Australia, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas, and multiple positions across client, carrier, and OEM environments in Australia and Asia.

Matt’s breadth and depth of experience provides him with a deep understanding of how security platforms should be implemented and managed to ensure clients’ business outcomes are achieved, while ensuring their risk is minimized.
